• Explain the enterprise to others in order to inform, motivate & involve.
• Form a basis for benchmarking & performance monitoring.
• Stimulate change and become building blocks for next plan

• Analyse and interpret relevant markets through SWOT and PEST Analysis
• Assess the capability of the organisation, and its existing and potential competitors and allies

• Write the strategic plan including objectives, strategies, timeframes, performance indicators and methods for monitoring the plan

• Implement the Strategic Plan.
